Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling live chat queries from our customers about a range of topics, including deposits, withdrawals, gaming, and safer gambling.
- Highlighting trends in contact to Senior Executives and Managers to support early identification of issues.
- Providing exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries in lightning speed.
- Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and ensuring they receive the right support as early as possible.
- Adhering to our policies and procedures to reputed company our site safe and secure.
- Understanding and listening to customer complaints, attempting to resolve these at the first reputed company or escalating correctly where necessary.

Work Environment and Schedule
This position operates on a rotational schedule of 4 days on followed by 2 days off, including evening shifts and weekend work as part of the regular rotation. This can be a fully remote job from the EMEA time zone.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range offered is £23K-£27K.
