Job Overview

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a team of customer service associates, focusing on time & attendance, performance reviews, and career development. Position Responsibilities

- Customer Satisfaction Review: Conduct monthly reviews of customer satisfaction results with management and TEOA practitioners, identifying improvement actions to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Compensation
• Competitive reputed company Salary: Competitive reputed company salary commensurate with experience: $63,100 - $94,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
