Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you'll play a vital role in handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
