Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for extension. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and we're looking for candidates who are comfortable working from home and have a quiet workspace free from distractions.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met
- Handle reputed company calls, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Accurately document and record customer/client information, using computer applications such as MS Outlook and data entry software
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care
- Participate in training and team meetings, using video conferencing tools to stay connected with reputed company
- Follow business casual dress code during working hours and be on camera during training and work hours
Requirements
* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens, with experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to handle reputed company calls and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- Bi-lingual in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- Bi-lingual in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien

- Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time
