Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for responding to and engaging with inbound chat and text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses, and identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages in a timely manner

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including ERA (Escalation Rate Average) above 10%
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, including CRM and chat platforms
  • Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour to ensure efficient and effective customer engagement

Education & Skills Required

* High school diploma or GED

  • Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including CRM and chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or sales

  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and technologies
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or sales

Work Schedule

Our Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure 24/7 customer coverage. We offer two schedule options: Option 1:

  • Monday (OFF)
  • Tuesday (OFF)
  • Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Sunday (OFF)

Option 2:

  • Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Thursday (OFF)
  • Friday (OFF)
  • Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Sunday (OFF)
