About the Role

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), you'll be responsible for: * Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs * Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing * Processing new and/or amended enrollments * Ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences * Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients' customers reputed company phone, email, or chat * Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements * Process new and/or amended enrollments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * An active reputed company license to sell P&C insurance * High school diploma or GED * Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Patient and empathetic nature * Ability to pass a background reputed company and drug screen * reputed company in English (bilingual Spanish/English a plus) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
