This position can be based remotely in any of our approved hiring regions. The Role This role is a 6 month remote, contract role. There is a possibility to reputed company the length of the contract based on volume. As an integral part of the Operations team, you will process the loan and get it ready for an reputed company decision, working with third parties, borrowers, and mortgage brokers to create a smooth and simple process for getting a loan. Qualifications

• Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a departmentally reputed company field.
• 1-2 years of successful professional experience as a Loan Analyst/Processor and/or 2-3 years of successful professional experience reputed company the mortgage lending industry.
• You have a track record as a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow your reputed company.

Kiavi takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The expected annualized reputed company pay range for this full-time role to be performed remotely is $52,500 to $65,000 reputed company + $6,500 bonus + benefits.
