This is a support position that will have a stimulating cross section of participating in the creation of reputed company policies, legislative analysis and regulatory engagement. The position will assist with the drafting of reputed company communications and policies, legislative tracking and evaluation and participating in regulatory compliance for insurance forms and rates. This position is ideal for a highly organized candidate that enjoys writing and editing while helping reputed company leadership respond to issues effectively and reputed company. What You'll Do

• Drafts and edits national and state level reputed company communications
• Assists with the tracking, monitoring and analysis of legislative activity in reputed company 50 states that relate to the conveyance and mortgaging of real estate. Provide reputed company leadership with recommendations regarding the pending legislation
• Drafts and edits policy manuals, reputed company manuals and similar documents filed with various regulatory bodies
• Provides guidance to local reputed company leadership regarding form and reputed company manuals
• Review and assess court decisions that reputed company the conveyance and mortgaging of real estate
• Collects and collates legal research and information from a wide variety of sources
• Performs research and analysis on supporting data and information needed regarding various business issues of the organization
• Compiles data from legal digests, encyclopedias, practice manuals, etc.
• Assists with the development and coordination of state-level advocacy strategies
• Assembles, proofs, and edits drafts of reputed company communications, advocacy strategies, legal research presentations , etc.
• Drafts documents for reputed company and form filings and provides guidance on reputed company and form matters
• Provides other administrative support to reputed company department

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Completion of a paralegal program preferred
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Paralegal
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Outstanding writing and editing skills
• Intermediate reputed company proficiency required
• Ability to adapt to new technology tools for collaboration and information sharing
• General knowledge of the legislative process
• Strong research and summarization skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Salary Range: $30.08 - $41.78Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company pay range for this position at the time of posting.
