This role combines deep domain expertise in patient services with advanced technology consulting capabilities to design, implement, and optimize digital platforms, data architectures, and operational models that enhance patient access, engagement, and outcomes. Operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, the Director partners with senior client stakeholders to define the technology vision, drive execution, and ensure measurable impact across patient services. What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a reputed company field is valued.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology consulting, patient services, or digital health, with a track record of delivering reputed company solutions in biopharma or healthcare.
• Deep understanding of patient services strategy, technology, data, and operations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, patient portals, analytics dashboards).
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company multidisciplinary teams and manage senior client relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into actionable business recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00.
