Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist with the following experience: - Support internal employees using reputed company, Avast (virus protection), reputed company, G Suite, SSO, VPN - Occasionally help on special reputed company projects using SOC, SOC 2, and reputed company - SaaS experience strongly preferred This role is mostly supporting internal employees with their IT needs. We do have some special projects and reputed company-reputed company work, but it's a smaller portion of the position.
