Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical reputed company Analyst to join our Finance team. The reputed company Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Headcount planning & hiring forecasts
• Cash flow forecasting (13-week + longer term)
• reputed company and maintain financial models that include Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash for various business units and projects.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare strategic scenario modeling (reputed company/downside) to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Understand the competitive landscape and the global economic trends to assist with day to day activities.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a reputed company field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in GSheets, reputed company reputed company and financial software applications.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Results:

• Provide preparer/reviewer style forecast and budget preparation
• Eliminate bottlenecks caused by the Financial Controller holding IC responsibility for the model and strategic reputed company of the full team
• Improved accuracy and clarity of reporting including integration with the Tech team for visualization and dashboards

Location:

• Remote, USA
• Must live in one of the states we’re registered to operate in: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday reputed company - 6pm PST with flexibility based on business needs

Compensation:

• $100K-$140K
