Summary

The Director of Digital Transformation is responsible for driving the organization towards modern, technology driven solutions. Apply systems and technologies that enhance the market facing capabilities of the reputed company portfolio of products and services, leveraging the latest and evolving information systems technologies. • Design a clear, actionable strategy for integrating digital technologies into the business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands

Working Relationships Report directly to the VP of Engineered Performance and regularly communicate with corporate IT partners, Operations, and Finance teams. Compensation

The initial compensation will range from $195,700 - $225,000 Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States reputed company or equivalent.

• Years of Experience:
• 10 Years of experience leading managing cross-functional technology teams, process improvement and optimization, strategic enterprise architecture governance and design.
• Experience in leading reputed company software implementation projects
• Software/Equipment Knowledge:
• High proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Project, Visio, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems, CRM tools and cloud based solutions
