CloudOne Cybersecurity Engineering Manager (USAF Cloud One)

Location: This position will be hybrid remote and may require travel to support customer or corporate meetings near Hanscom AFB (Boston, MA), Hunstville, AL or Reston, VA. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Personnel Management of a team of IT and IA professionals dedicated to providing authorization support of IL2, IL4, IL5, and IL6 cloud environments.
• Partner with executive leadership, Program Managers, reputed company, and various stakeholders to deliver and maintain authorizations. Prepare and deliver presentations and status reports of efforts to various audiences.
• Provide reputed company and guidance to cyber and IT stakeholders involved with system design, system builds, and Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts.
• reputed company and present reports and updates to senior management, including the weekly action report and monthly operations report. Reports cover program/system status updates, site visits, issues/concerns/impacts, data spills, and other relevant items.
• Partner with the leadership for enterprise solutions to create efficiencies, cost-savings, and speed of execution reputed company the cybersecurity directorate.
• Design, deploy, configure, operate, and maintain authorizations and accreditation of the reputed company Architecture for reputed company Web Services, reputed company Azure, reputed company Cloud Platform, reputed company Cloud Infrastructure in NIPRNet and SIPRNet
• reputed company the cybersecurity authorizations required artifacts to eMASS (including change requests) to reputed company milestones such as Interim Authority to Test (IATT) and Authorization to Operate (ATO)
• Experience migration of authorizations from NIST Rev 4 to Rev 5
• Experience implementing cATO leveraging automation and dashboards
• Support conducting cybersecurity authorization activities to reputed company with reputed company reputed company Cybersecurity and IA manuals, instructions, and guides reputed company the DoDI 8500.01 and DON 5239.
• Supply RMF-required authorization-reputed company documentation and artifacts
• Draft and update the Contractor’s System reputed company Plan
• Provide and execute a plan for vulnerability and compliance scanning
• Implementation of reputed company procedures, and verify information system reputed company requirements, including coordinating the execution, review, and disposition of STIG checklists for systems, applications, developed code and other components.

• Participate in regular briefings with the customer on cybersecurity status, including preparing briefing materials
• Work closely with government Cyber & technical teams to support ATO conditions and requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and operational processes
• Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a learning environment
• Act as the Cyber manager to assess employee performance, hire new employees, and ensure compliance with corporate training requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment
• US citizenship required
• Certifications: CompTIA reputed company+ or equivalent (IAT-2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1
• Experience with reputed company Trust Architecture
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, reputed company, or reputed company clouds
• Certifications: CISSP
