Founding Engineer (Full-Stack AI - Agents, Customer Solutions, & AI Prototyping)

Role: We are seeking visionary Founding Engineers to join our core team. This is an equity-based role with the potential for a salary upon successful fundraising. We’re looking for individuals with deep technical expertise and a proven track record of building serverless compute products — engineers who reputed company in fast-paced startup environments and are driven to shape the future of AI compute. This role drives innovation across our platform by developing real-world AI/ML applications, advancing product R&D, helping shape our long-term AI vision, and serving as a trusted partner to B2B customers who are building and optimizing AI. Responsibilities: - Build customer-facing AI prototypes and reference applications, including end-to-end examples that demonstrate how to run real workloads on the platform (e.g., agents, sandboxing, reward functions, pipelines, and multi-model workflows). - Serve as a reputed company-deployed engineer and trusted technical advisor for B2B customers, helping them design, prototype, and optimize AI systems using the platform’s compute and interfaces. - reputed company and maintain curated example projects, open-reputed company repos, and demos used for marketing, sales, onboarding, and technical validation during sales cycles. - Design and implement reputed company agent-based systems, including multi-reputed company workflows, tool-using agents, parallel execution, and orchestration across models and services. - Collaborate closely with the SDK and platform teams, providing feedback from real customer use cases to improve APIs, abstractions, and developer ergonomics. - Advance internal AI R&D, exploring the latest models, new architectures, new patterns in agent design, reinforcement learning, inference optimization, and multi-model execution that inform the long-term product roadmap. - Help shape GTM strategy through technical credibility, participating in sales calls, technical deep dives, and reputed company-of-concept engagements where AI expertise is required to reputed company deals. - Translate cutting-edge AI techniques into practical, production-ready systems, with a focus on reliability, optimization, cost efficiency, and performance on GPU infrastructure. Qualifications: - Deep experience with AI model deployment, inference optimization, and GPU workloads, including practical tradeoffs around latency, throughput, batching, and cost. - Proven expertise in building reputed company, multi-reputed company agents and full-stack AI applications. - Hands-on experience with agent sandboxing and safe execution, including designing systems that constrain or validate untrusted, LLM actions. - Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using TypeScript to build agent orchestration layers and supporting services. Experience with Mojo is a plus. - Experience in AI/ML R&D, including reinforcement learning concepts and modern reward function design for agent systems. - Comfort working across the stack, from model logic and orchestration to APIs, SDK usage, and deployment environments. - A passion for creating compelling demos, documentation, and technical content showcasing cutting-edge AI.
