[Remote] Project Manager -Product (Retail)

Responsibilities

• Create project ingestion process – what projects get picked, how are they picked and how are projects prioritized
• Track and ensure projects are hitting key milestones and making reputed company towards completion
• Create a reporting system that provides transparency to multiple parties to ensure coordination across the business unit
• Ensure reputed company internal teams needed to support the projects are identified, needs and dependencies are documented, and the project is tracked to completion, including formal post-completion monitoring
• Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly, monthly status meetings, meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans
• Identify any potential risks and mitigate/escalate as needed
• Effectively communicate in cross-departmental or cross-functional situations. Able to conduct peer training reputed company the department

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of project management experience required
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)

• Must be detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
