Job Overview
As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in addressing customer service queries, particularly on reputed company and reputed company. * Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets.

Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience with reputed company Seller Central and reputed company platforms.
* Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian in particular) are a positive.
* Remote Work: Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
