Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading business outcomes, executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, and developing a reputed company account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the AWS account team (direct sales). You will establish executive relationships across Business & Technology groups, executive sponsorship of programs, and establish an internal network at arenaflex, most notably with internal organizations critical to success: Account Team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.

  • Successful assumption of role of strategic advisor and expert with a deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customers' business and the cloud ecosystem.
  • Deliver on annual bookings, reputed company, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure reputed company with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex ProServe business objectives.
  • Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience

  • 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience
  • 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles
  • A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs
  • Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. reputed company is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
