Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Customer Service Advisor to join reputed company on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will be responsible for handling reputed company contact into both councils reputed company multiple channels, providing an excellent first reputed company of contact for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications and Experience
