Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems to improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with various shifts available on weekends, ranging from 3-29 hours per week. • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00AM-12:00PM
• Saturdays Only: 4:00PM-10:00PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00AM-5:00PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00AM-4:00PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 3:00PM-11:00PM

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:

• Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone reputed company
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred

• A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
