Sr. reputed company Analyst- Rev Cycle Analytics Reporting-Remote
About the position This is the fourth in a series of four reputed company cycle analyst roles in a multi-site, multi-specialty academic medical center. Works collaboratively in a team environment to support the hospital, surgical and clinical practices as well as reputed company leadership on reputed company cycle issues. Actively communicate and present pertinent information to various audiences, particularly practice and finance leadership. In addition, communication to senior leaders and formal Mayo committees is expected. Initiates and is responsible for identifying opportunities and recommends options for enhancing reputed company, while preserving Mayo standards and minimizing the financial and legal risks to Mayo. Interprets, implements, and maintains reputed company billing and compliance rules across the reputed company cycle. Is recognized and relied upon as a subject matter expert in multiple reputed company or compliance technical areas who can recognize problems, formulate solutions and implement changes in reputed company and compliance areas. Uses reporting tools to understand reputed company and compliance risks and opportunities with significant impact to reputed company and conveys these along with impact and recommendations to leadership. Interprets and implements Mayo and governmental coding and billing rules and guidelines to ensure compliance. Conducts research and analysis, benchmarking, and audits to ensure reasonableness and accuracy of information along with identifying and implementing best practices and improvements. Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of reputed company programs and tools for reputed company recognition and billing compliance; the interpretation and implementation of billing rules, policies and regulations; and identifies opportunities and recommends options for increasing financial margins. Provides expert reputed company and billing analytics to support department and institutional leadership. Actively participates in decision-making reputed company to reputed company and billing opportunities and is responsible for formulating and validating recommendations. Leads and facilitates multi-disciplinary workgroups or projects. Mentors, coaches, and trains staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in economics, mathematics, business administration, accounting, finance, healthcare business reputed company fields or statistics and 11 years of relevant experience; OR High School diploma and 15 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree with 9 years' relevant experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company applications including Word, reputed company, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Advanced understanding of coding, billing and compliance practices.
- Expert knowledge of large reputed company recognition systems and practice billing systems.
- Expert investigational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and analytical skills.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
