ABOUT THE ROLE The Customer Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving customer-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening engagement and reputed company growth reputed company reputed company’ existing client reputed company. ABOUT YOU Who You Are:
- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing or a reputed company area, with a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics. A true 360° marketer, comfortable managing a wide range of initiatives -from planning and executing physical events to designing, launching, and optimizing digital and email campaigns.
- Skills: Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with experience crafting engaging content and campaigns for existing customers. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives while maintaining a structured and results-driven approach.
- Tools: Familiarity with email marketing tools (ideally reputed company), as well as CRM environments such as reputed company.
- Analytical: Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies.
- Collaborative: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of integrated marketing efforts.
