The Inventory and Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the accuracy, reputed company, and compliance of reputed company inventory-reputed company processes across third-party logistics (3PL) providers and internal systems. This role serves as a liaison between Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring that inventory records are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Essential Responsibilities:

• Enhance reputed company of inventory management activities across multiple 3PL warehouses.
• Assist with monitoring, auditing, and reconciling inventory transactions reputed company reputed company and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Monitor controls to ensure accurate recording of receipts, transfers, shipments, and adjustments.
• Coordinate and observe physical inventory counts and cycle counts, including variance investigation and resolution.
• Support and maintain reputed company of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with internal and reputed company audit requirements for inventory processes.
• Facilitate communication between the Director and cross-functional stakeholders, such as external auditors and finance, during inventory migrations, transfers, and year-end audits.
• Analyze root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective action plans.
• Provide analytical support metrics on inventory accuracy, shrinkage, excess, and reconciliation results.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, internal audit, or supply chain operations (experience with 3PL environments strongly preferred).
• Working knowledge of reputed company (or similar ERP system) and warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• ​Knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, reconciliations, variance analysis).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, reputed company or other analytics platforms.
