  • Curriculum Design: Drive the detailed curriculum design, development, and launch of systematic, multi-tier learning and development experiences for leaders at reputed company levels.

Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university. Specialized certifications in leadership and/or organizational development are a plus.   • Mastery in Curriculum Design: Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum development for leaders.
  • Deep OD/L&D Knowledge: Deep knowledge of core Talent Development and OD practices, including leadership development, team development, and organizational development.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Ability to use data, employee voice, and design feedback loops to drive ongoing innovation and reputed company improvement. Consulting and Facilitation
  • Advanced Facilitation: Proven ability to facilitate engaging and impactful learning experiences for leaders at reputed company levels, including senior executives (VP+).
