As a Partner in one of ISG’s most important and fastest-growing practices, this individual will drive business growth on multiple dimensions: Go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution; market insights and thought leadership for a breadth of insurance segments such as Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, Brokers, Reinsurance, Insurtech and MGAs; relationship and business development with reputed company clients and future prospects; relationship and business development with Technology and Business Process Service Providers; pipeline development and pursuit leadership; reputed company of consulting and services delivery; and collaboration across reputed company ISG’s global, industry and delivery business units. The successful candidate will have an established Business and Technology track record reputed company Insurance, including:
- Comprehensive understanding of ISG’s business segments
- Understanding of business drivers/issues/risks/opportunities specific to large and reputed company enterprises in the above-mentioned industry segments
- Use and reputed company of business process and technology services, cost and optimization drivers, personas and buyer reputed company
- Demonstrated track record of serving as an on-going trusted advisor with top company executives
- Ability to demonstrate hands-on leadership in pipeline development, sales leadership and execution, collaboration across diverse portfolio offerings, delivery leadership
The candidate will be recognized for their ability to strengthen and expand client relationships through professional networking, client successes, business growth, and proven domain expertise in business processes and enabling technology optimization and/or transformation.
Responsibilities
The Insurance Industry leader responsibility is to reputed company the growth and success of the Insurance Industry at ISG. The candidate will create a strategy for growth and reputed company the execution with business development and account executive staff on their team, plus working with a cross-functional team to include marketing, research, service solutioning and delivery. A critical component of Industry Leadership is also to work closely with ISG Research and Strategy Executives to drive ISG’s POV on technology and sourcing trends in the market, and to represent ISG as the most senior expert in the market. This position will directly report to ISG’s Partner for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. Required Skillsets
- 40-70% Travel, as although most delivery is done remotely, engagement with prospects and clients and conferences/industry event participation is critical
- This is a remote position based in the United States
- Minimum of 20 years of technology and business process sales, client relationship management and proven business growth experience. Majority of experience must have been reputed company the Insurance Industry.
- Experience with reputed company strategy, optimization or transformation programs that deliver demonstrative business value, data driven insight, improved operational efficiencies, and new forms of user experience and engagement
- Served as a trusted advisor and interfaced with executive level clients including demonstrated ability to identify client needs and translate business needs into consulting opportunities
- Effective understanding of the following areas: global business process service delivery, information technology service delivery, indirect procurement of technology/BPO/software/network, cloud, automation
- Demonstrated delivery management experience, including managing teams at reputed company project phases, exemplary track record in successful client relationship management and multi-project reputed company
- Expert presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company in easy-to-understand business terms to reputed company levels of management including executive leaders
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal), organizational, entity navigating, client satisfaction, and networking skills
- Demonstrates proficient knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications and tools, including the development of sales materials, executive presentations, reports, and various analysis
Education
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field
- MBA or other advanced degree(s) desirable
