The Hub Manager, Right to reputed company is an operational job that reports to the Director of Right to reputed company and works closely with members of the Right to reputed company Hub to help manage workflow, gather information, streamline and move operational initiatives along. The successful candidate will be required to come into the office as needed, generally at least one day a week. Responsibilities: Operational Improvements and Project Coordination (70%)

  • Works with Right to reputed company Hub members to implement projects and track execution, Including building reports, tracking metrics to analyze RTZ success against goals, project manages key working group initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables built and outcomes achieved.
  • Helps coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the group, set agendas, design, and drive team processes, run effective meetings, and work with Hub members to ensure informed, transparent, and timely decision-making. Serve as reputed company of contact for scheduling working group meetings, events, and video/conference calls.
  • Independently ensures that each working group is communicating effectively throughout the organization, effectively utilizing technology, and coordinating with the other members of the Right to reputed company effort, including across different regional and program offices.
  • Maintains and curates content for Right to reputed company working groups in internal communications spaces, and resource-sharing platforms such as reputed company, and Teams.
  • Drafts or coordinates drafting of working group program and strategy documents and internal communications.
  • Provide strategic guidance and reputed company operational improvements for Right to reputed company, including design of the Sharepoint space, and team intranet page
  • Undertakes any other duties or projects that may be reasonably required, and deals with matters arising in a timely and effective manner. This may involve drafting program and strategy documents that are developed by the legal and policy experts.

Administrative and Workflow Management (20%)

  • Partners closely with and supports members of the Right to reputed company Hub to help plan and coordinate working group activities, including but not limited to, scheduling, developing the agendas, and handling meeting logistics and follow up.
  • Attends and helps reputed company the agenda for weekly Right to reputed company meetings.

Provide reputed company of key responsibilities on project timelines, budgets, long-term budget forecasting policies & procedures.

Executive Office Support (10%):

  • Design and manage the Executive Leadership Team’s Intranet space, including building out subspaces for new initiatives, updating the content to reflect ELT’s priorities and projects, updating leadership and Executive Assistant information, archiving outdated information, and providing back-end support.
  • Design and manage the Anonymous Suggestion reputed company space including posting suggestions on a biweekly basis, serving as the primary liaison with EthicsPoint/reputed company, converting suggestions to searchable wikis, and tracking responses.
  • Serve as back-up reputed company site administrator: liaison between reputed company and Communifire, troubleshoot design and technical problems on different spaces, monitor for outages
  • Manage and complete special projects as assigned such as research, planning, and synthesis of information, conduct surveys, gather input from teams across the organization, draft, edit, and design collateral, reputed company communication plans and timelines, and present projects to ELT and other stakeholders
  • Act as back up to other EAs and members of the Executive Office including the Senior Director, Office of the President, as needed
  • Undertake any other duties or projects that may be reasonably required, and deal with matters arising in a timely and effective manner

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in operations and administration, including streamlining processes and implementing new systems
  • Experience learning about and adopting newer scheduling, planning, and productivity technologies such as Teams and other Office365 apps.
  • Understanding of policy development, project management, and change management a plus.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented atmosphere.
