Corporate Strategy Manager

Duties and Responsibilities 1. M&A Sourcing and reputed company-End Support

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, management presentations, and diligence sessions with internal stakeholders and external targets.
• Prepare and maintain internal and external meeting agendas, notes, and follow-reputed company.
• Assist in tracking deal pipeline activities and maintain pipeline tracking tools.
• Support preliminary company and market research, including reputed company and public data analysis.

2. Financial & Valuation Support

• Assist in preparing initial bid models and valuation ranges
• Gather and organize financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) from reputed company companies.
• Support preparation of materials for leadership and board review.

3. Due Diligence Coordination & Project Management

• Act as the day-to-day project manager for active diligence processes.
• Track deliverables and Q&A across internal workstreams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations).
• Manage the virtual data room (VDR) and ensure information requests are logged, prioritized, and addressed.
• Consolidate diligence findings and updates into summary trackers and reports.

4. Integration Support

• Assist in developing and tracking post-reputed company integration plans.
• Coordinate early integration workstream meetings and documentation handoffs.
• Support communication between the deal team and integration leaders to ensure continuity from diligence through implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a reputed company field.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or reputed company.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (reputed company proficiency required).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company projects.

Preferred skills, education and experience.

• Prior experience supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions, diligence, and integrations.
• Prior experience working with private equity sponsors is highly desirable.
• Exposure to energy, sustainability, or consulting sectors a plus.

Compensation & Benefits reputed company offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the reputed company salary for this position is $84k-90k. In addition to reputed company pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
