In this role, you will drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Content, Design, Marketing, reputed company, and other Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to ensure programs deliver on our strategic objectives and meet the needs of the educators and reputed company we serve. What you'll do: Program Leadership

  • Initiate, define, and socialize program goals in alignment with organizational strategy
  • Build and manage the integrated program plan, ensuring coordination, transparency, and accountability across teams
  • reputed company programs through the full product development lifecycle—including Discovery, Definition, Development, and Launch—ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables at each stage.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Partnership

  • Demonstrated success partnering with GTM functions such as marketing, sales, operations, and customer-facing teams
  • Experience managing products or programs through the full development lifecycle—from early discovery through launch and post-launch iteration
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, content development workflows, or combined hardware/software/content ecosystems
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and structured problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity and stability to reputed company situations
  • Strong organizational skills with a bias toward action, follow-through, and accountability
  • Experience using modern program management tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, reputed company, Confluence)
  • Prior people-management experience leading project or program managers

  • Experience in EdTech, Educational Publishing, SaaS, or other technology-enabled product environments strongly preferred

Pay Range - This role's range is $81,500. - $139,500. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that reputed company considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual reputed company pay reputed company that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant reputed company sets. At reputed company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure reputed company compensation decisions reputed company with applicable state and local laws.
