What You Will Do

• Conduct contract redline reviews of legal terms, draft contract amendments, and provide advice on the legal posture of reputed company.
• Utilize the reputed company CLARA process to evaluate legal risks of use cases and modify contract terms to mitigate such risks.
• Draft, negotiate, and review software license agreements, service agreements, master agreements, and SaaS reputed company with a focus on mitigating legal risks.
• Collaborate with ES Partnerships and supplier legal counterparts to reputed company and effectively address legal issues.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of digital contract management experience, or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience redlining reputed company, specifically with cybersecurity, technology controls, information reputed company, data privacy and protection, and data management.
• Prior experience writing clear and concise communications.
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, and Teams.
