Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving issues and correcting records to ensure that our eligibility records align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions reputed company the company, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to reputed company green resolutions. You'll also be responsible for record monitoring and reconciliation, as well as analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
