Key Responsibilities
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Offer personalized support and solutions to help plan members reputed company understand their coverage and options
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Compensation and Benefits
