As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:- Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring reputed company information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- Data Management: Utilize various computer software and applications to navigate customer accounts, document case notes, process orders, and handle payment information reputed company.

Qualifications

Please note that business hours may change during peak times to meet coverage and business needs.

To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you will need to meet the following requirements:- A dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace.
- A desktop or laptop (with the latest Operating System installed). No tablets or Chromebooks.
- 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors).
- A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger.
- A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone.
- A stable and reliable internet reputed company of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (reputed company your internet speed at speedtest.net). Cannot use public Wi-Fi.
