Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring reputed company information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Data Management: Utilize various computer software and applications to navigate customer accounts, document case notes, process orders, and handle payment information reputed company.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for the arenaflex brand, personalizing each interaction to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  • Performance Standards: Consistently meet attendance requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Please note that business hours may change during peak times to meet coverage and business needs.

Work From Home Requirements

To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you will need to meet the following requirements:
  • A dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace.
  • A desktop or laptop (with the latest Operating System installed). No tablets or Chromebooks.
  • 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors).
  • A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger.
  • A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone.
  • A stable and reliable internet reputed company of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (reputed company your internet speed at speedtest.net). Cannot use public Wi-Fi.
