Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support L1 Agent at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:

  • Monitoring incoming messages reputed company Email and Chat channels, ensuring timely and effective responses to user inquiries
  • Handling user feedback professionally and empathetically, turning potentially negative interactions into positive experiences
