Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing product and service information, as well as scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of our reputed company-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients receive valuable insights and feedback
* Collaborating with reputed company to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer experience
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements
To join reputed company, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience (although not required)
