Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Customer Care team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and partners through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities
- Accept and respond to incoming calls from customers and partners in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
