Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative Role
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representatives. As a member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients during catastrophe relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, reputed company, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- The ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process
Computer and Network Requirements
- A computer with Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home operating system
- A headset (preferably with a microphone)
- A private network reputed company (Ethernet or Wi-Fi)
- A stable internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload)
- A QRM laptop/computer will not be provided; you'll need to use your own computer for the role

Benefits and Compensation
