Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is centralizing a person of contact between the business and internal team as well as creating requests reputed company the business' system as there is a high volume to be managed.

A Talent Operations Coordinator is a centralized reputed company of contact between the business team and recruiting, who will manage various operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. • 5+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in reputed company field.

• POC for net-new and backfill requisition requests, including facilitation of the approval and creation processes.
• Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with business managers/recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions.
• Ensure data accuracy across reputed company systems and reputed company certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
• Partner closely with business managers, admins and with hiring managers.
• Tracking and reporting end to end details for reputed company open, and in process, hiring.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
