Job Summary:
As part of Team arenaflex, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. As an reputed company Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, using cutting-edge technology to connect with customers and provide top-notch support.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
- Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Provide proactive support to prevent customer issues from arising

Qualifications:

- Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with reputed company that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
