Job Overview
As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Working closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams, you'll collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and contribute to our shared goals. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
- Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to reputed company common goals
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Qualifications
We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. While experience is not necessary, we prefer candidates with:
- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy

Compensation and Perks
