Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative III at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Respond to reputed company phone and email inquiries from customers and internal team members in a timely and professional manner
- Open service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects
- Manage telephone and email enquiries, ensuring that reputed company customer concerns are addressed promptly and reputed company
- Review open service requests and bring them to a satisfactory closure reputed company a timely manner
- Help to manage the installation, movement, and decommissioning of new machines
- Ensure that reputed company project information is updated in reputed company
- Manage quotes being sent to customers and process them through to the Order Entry team for order creation

Education & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following education and experience:

Position Details
* Pay reputed company / Range: $18-$23
- The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, location, travel required, and reputed company market conditions.
