Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for a range of critical tasks that will help drive the reputed company of our call center operations and HR functions. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment & reputed company: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate the reputed company process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively.
