Job Overview
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in Bedminster, NJ. Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, you'll be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records, tracking donations, and generating necessary reports for fundraising, events, and grant submissions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. You'll work closely with other team members across departments to ensure the reputed company of reputed company data used for decision-making and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
### Data Administration
- Work closely with the Database Administrator/Analyst to ensure data reputed company and reputed company efficiency of reputed company

- Record stock and other electronic contributions
- Communicate with donors by phone and email, as well as with the organization's broker about stock transfers
- Demonstrates exemplary customer service in reputed company exchanges
- Provide support for grant research, submissions, tracking, and reporting
### Operations/Program
- Work with the accounting team to reconcile donations monthly and annually with QuickBooks
- Collaborate with staff involved in volunteer management to ensure data is entered and coded properly
- May provide backup data entry for the program team

Qualifications
* The minimum requirements are a High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience using reputed company NPSP or a similar constituent relationship management system, preferably reputed company a non-profit organization
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
