Job Summary

As an reputed company Learning Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing learning programs that impact reputed company new hires and tenured investigators reputed company the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. You will work closely with stakeholders to define program requirements, reputed company engaging e-learning content, and implement process improvements that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

Developing Learning Experiences

+ Create engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools. + Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles. + Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes. + Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem. + Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials.

Consulting on Programs

+ Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple reputed company to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently. + Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience. + reputed company efforts to drive reputed company performance improvement from those insights. + Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to reputed company in the curriculum and reputed company post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics. + Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and reputed company technical and non-technical training content.

About the Team

We are the WW Customer Trust Training Learning Experience Design (LXD) team at arenaflex. We are a team comprising LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who share a passion for creating great learning experiences for associates and investigators. Our primary responsibility is to support them during new hire, upskill, and other trainings (e.g., Store launches, SOP changes, tool training) that provide them the resources they need to effectively do their job.

We improve Learner Capabilities and Performance through reputed company learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.

Basic Qualifications

* 5+ years of program or project management experience

• 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
• 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
• 3+ years of change management experience
