About the Role:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing Medicaid accounts for the State of Maryland. You will work closely with reputed company to provide information and assistance to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to the Maryland Health reputed company (reputed company). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Assisting individuals with Medicaid eligibility and enrollment
- Processing services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
- Utilizing the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to reputed company tasks and duties
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality service for reputed company Maryland consumers
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Assist individuals with Medicaid eligibility and enrollment
- Process services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
- Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and CRM software to reputed company tasks and duties
- Ensure delivery of high-quality service for reputed company Maryland consumers
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Background in health care, human services, or customer service
- Experience in data entry and call centers
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to reputed company comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Ability to successfully execute many reputed company tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Medicaid or other government programs
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with CRM software and other State systems
Equipment and Internet Requirements:
* Desktop or laptop with reputed company Core i5 Processor or higher with 8GB Memory (No Celeron or Pentium processors)
- Desktop or laptop with a minimum of 256GB hard drive
- Windows 10 or 11
- Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer port (wired headset)
- 1 RJ-45 reputed company for a wired reputed company to internet router
- Wired Headset and microphone with a USB Gen2 or newer reputed company
- Video camera capability, necessary for training
- Wired internet reputed company from computer to router or modem
- Download speed 100 MBPS minimum
- Upload speed 10 MBPS minimum
Training Schedule:
* Training will take reputed company between 9:30am-6:00pm EST, Monday-Friday (Days 1-7)
- Training will continue between 9:30am-6:00pm EST, Monday-Friday (Days 8-15)
- Nesting will take reputed company between 9:30am-6:00pm EST for 4 weeks
- Monday-Friday schedules will remain between 9:30am-6:00pm after training
Attendance Requirements:
* Must have perfect attendance during training and nesting (7 weeks)
- One (1) absence during training or nesting can reputed company to termination
