Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers, providing empathetic and solution-focused support to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of financial matters.
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach.
• Maintaining performance goals, including productivity and quality metrics, to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Technical Requirements:

To ensure seamless communication and data entry, you will need:

• The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord, rather than Wi-Fi or mobile routers.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or the state/local minimum wage, if higher. reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
