Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma, GED, or college degree - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy - Great multitasking skills - Availability to work weekends - High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment - Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training class with 100% attendance

Preferred Qualifications

- Customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry - Experience working in a call center environment - Familiarity with healthcare-reputed company terminology and concepts - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
