Job Summary
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions to customer concerns. This is a full-time position working on the 3rd shift, and you will be required to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process reputed company customer calls, email, and mail inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer concerns and handle follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle reputed company appointment verification and customer authorizations

- Other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
