Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. You'll categorize reputed company calls received, record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and reputed company other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, remote work-from-home position, requiring a quiet and distraction-free workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a smartphone for user authentication.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from child support client stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner

• Categorize reputed company calls received in accordance with established procedures
• Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls, as required
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Essential Qualifications

• At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or reputed company field

• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
