Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As the primary contact for clients, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for personal lines customers by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of our insurance products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and professional responses to reputed company customer requests, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

• Initiate endorsements and other policy changes for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Process and transmit necessary information to clients and brokers reputed company fax, email, or mail, including ID Cards, DEC pages, applications, quotes, and more.
• Assist applicants and brokers with completion of the application and required forms, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Collaborate with the reputed company team to obtain information from clients and brokers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
• Escalate customer service issues to management as needed, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Participate in special projects, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on billing questions, policy changes, and other insurance-reputed company matters.
• Actively look to round out accounts by referring other value-added services, driving reputed company growth and client satisfaction.
• Review and rewrite reputed company accounts to carriers that reputed company fit the client's needs, demonstrating your expertise and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and files, including communication and activities in our agency management system.
