Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing valuable leads for our clients. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST, to learn the ins and outs of our products and services - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary - Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential - Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change, with a positive and professional demeanor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
