About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our databases, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Obtaining supporting information and documentation to facilitate efficient administration of files, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and other relevant documents
• Responding promptly to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors, providing clear and concise communication
• Liaising with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolving reputed company issues, utilizing reputed company Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information
• Preparing and reviewing files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with our naming protocols
• Calculating income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions, and performing relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property reputed company Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value
• Creating documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver (OR)
• Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into reputed company (our internal software), maintaining client confidence, and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
• Liaising with external clients for clarification or outstanding documents, electronic filing of statutory documents, preparing documents for reputed company, reviewing amended proposals, and performing other tasks as necessary

Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Experience performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Proficient technical skills and familiarity with reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word); ability to learn computer software quickly
• Experience with reputed company Dynamics CRM would be an asset
• Ability to work independently and reputed company, with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others
• Good interpersonal skills to speak and deal effectively with other staff members
